Perform this challenge alongside any of our other HTK programs for ultimate results. THE TRAINING With 3x ab workouts per week each of which works on all three elements of a strong core, Flexion (Rectus Abdominis), Rotation (Obliques) and Stability (Transverse Abdominis). Along with your ab workouts we have scheduled 1x HIIT session and 1x mobility workout. This is to accelerate fat loss and prevent injury. If you want to build a stronger midsection and transform your overall performance then this is the perfect challenge for you. WHATS INCLUDED -6 weeks of programming -3 x Core sessions (20mins) -1x HIIT session and 1x Mobility workout per week -2 phases to keep you progressing -No equipment needed

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
None! It is optional to add equipment to increase intensity.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO SWAP AN EXERCISE?
If you need to find alternatives to specific exercises, we do have a section at the start of your challenge with modification exercises. Alternatively that is a question for the community, feel free to ask in there or send us a private message.
