Get combat ready with this new 6-week program. Created to help you shred fat, improve muscle density and increase your endurance. Using dumbbells only each workout is around 28 mins, 5 days per week so can easily be performed at home, at the gym or even outside. These bootcamp style workouts are straight to the point and will help you build that well-rounded durable body. This program is made up of AMRAP’s (as many reps as possible) and circuit training to enhance your conditioning. WHAT IS THE TRAINING SPLIT?
This is our recommended training split for best results you can alternate days as long as you get all of the workouts in for the week. DAY1: Upper Push DAY2: Upper Pull DAY3: Legs DAY4: Arms & Abs DAY5: Full Body Circuit DAY 6: Rest DAY 7: Rest
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program uses minimal equipment all you need is; dumbbells, bench & mat. It will work best if you have dumbbells ranging from 5lbs up to 40lbs depending on your strength. Most people won’t need dumbbells heavier than 30lbs (15kg).
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO SWAP AN EXERCISE?
