With this 8-week program you will get in the best shape of your life utilizing the formula Elite Special Operations warriors use to develop tactical strength & stamina, while pushing the boundaries of mental endurance. Created for anyone whether you want to become an elite all-around athlete, are planning to take on a tough military selection, or the everyday individual who wants the ultimate challenge. With military-specific conditioning sessions and LIC for rapid increases in performance and endurance. Your 8-weeks are split into 2 phases with deload weeks to help recovery and ensure maximum results. WHAT IS THE TRAINING SPLIT?
This is our recommended training split for best results you can alternate days as long as you get all of the workouts in for the week. DAY1: Upper Body || Run DAY2: Lower Body DAY3: HIIT DAY4: Full Body (Calisthenics) DAY5: Full Body (Power & Size) || LIC DAY 6: Ruck DAY 7: Rest
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program uses standard equipment found in most standard gyms; Adjustable Bench, Squat Rack, Barbell, Weight plates (Bumpers not required), Dumbbells, Pull-up / Dip Station, Kettlebells, Pull-down Machine, Cable Set-up, Resistance Bands, Leg Curl Machine (Can be substituted)
