Welcome to HTK Camp!
This program is for those who are beginning their weight training journey or wanting to get back into a routine after a layoff.
The goal of this program is to build strength, lean muscle, mobility and a solid cardio base without overdoing it.
It is designed to build you up over the 4-week block, so you are ready to move into one of our more advanced programs once completed.
The training is set out in the following manner:
DAY 1: Push day & HIIT
*Main focus on the chest, shoulders and triceps.
DAY 3: Pull day & Run
*Main focus on back and biceps, although we consider this a full body session due to the compound lifts used to start the session.
DAY 5: Leg Day
*Main focus is on all of the muscles of the lower half of the body.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program uses standard equipment found in most standard gyms;
Adjustable Bench, Cable Set-up, Dumbbells, Stationary Bike, Pull-down Machine, Barbell, Weight plates, Yoga Mat, Leg Curl Machine, Leg Extension Machine
