WHAT IS THE TRAINING SPLIT? This is our recommended training split for best results you can alternate days as long as you get all of the workouts in for the week.

Day 2: Back || Traps || Biceps || Abs
Day 3: Legs || LIC
Day 4: Chest || Shoulders || Triceps
Day 5: Back || Traps || Biceps || Abs
Day 6: Legs || HIIT

I'M A BEGINNER IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME? No. This is not recommended for complete beginners. However, we do have a beginner program (HTK Camp) in the membership you can check out and use for this challenge instead.
HAS THIS PROGRAM BEEN RUN BEFORE? Yes! We have changed the training up slightly but we did run this training at the start of 2022.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? This program uses standard equipment found in most standard gyms;
Dumbbells, Adjustable Bench, Cable Set-up, Barbell, Weight Plates, Pull-up / Dip Station, Ez-bar, Yoga Mat, Leg Extension Machine, Squat Rack, Leg Curl Machine, Ab Wheel, Resistance Bands
