Welcome to Warrior Shred Are you ready to build a lean & muscular body while shredding fat fast? Then this is your ideal program. Created to help you build a well-balanced physique while increasing your strength & endurance. This is the ultimate blueprint for fat loss. Your training combines high-intensity cardio circuits, volume strength training, and steady-state conditioning. Hitting 5 x lifting sessions and 3 x cardio sessions per week. Each strength workout is designed to take around 60 minutes with cardio sessions taking between 20-30 minutes. ** This is the same 8-week training as our pdf and previous app platform.

This is our recommended training split for best results you can alternate days as long as you get all of the workouts in for the week. DAY1: Back || HIIT DAY2: Chest || Abs DAY3: Legs DAY4: LIC DAY5: Shoulders || Abs DAY 6: Arms || HIIT DAY 7: Rest
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
This program uses standard equipment found in most standard gyms; Adjustable bench, Squat rack, Barbell, Weight plates, Dumbbells, Pull-up / Dip station, Pull-down machine, Leg curl machine, Leg extension machine, Hack squat, Cable machines (seated & standing), Resistance bands.
