WOD's These are your weekly HIIT workouts that are refreshed every Monday. If you like one, make sure you tap the heart to save it to your favorites so you can access it in there even after its 7-day appearance is up. You can replace any HIIT workout in your program with one of these sessions for added variety. ULTIMATE WARMUP The title describes it all. This is our signature warmup session we recommend you use to prep for all of your workouts. It's only 5mins but is a thorough warmup to help prevent injury PROGRAM CALENDAR Once you start a program you can move through and do any workout at any time. We recommend planning your week and adding workouts to your calendar to fit your schedule. To do this tap on your workout and hit that reminder button. Select the day and time and set your reminder.
