During the 30/30s you are working for 30s then resting 30s, aim to keep moving in the work time but if you must rest that is fine.
SECTION ONE: 30/30’s
-Air squats 30/30 x 4.5 minutes
-Alternate lunges 30/30 x 4.5 minutes
-Squat jumps 15/45 x 7 minutes
*rest 1 minute between each exercise
SECTION TWO: EMOM’s 🕒 10 minutes
-Burpees x 7
-Mountain climbers x 14 (1 count)
-Sit-ups x 8
SECTION THREE: Accumulate
-Hollow hold x 2.5 minutes
*rest 1 minute
-Supermans 15/15 x 3 minutes
