This not only helps you recover faster so you can hit the following workouts harder but also helps you stay mobile & burns extra calories so you can transform your physique faster. If you're up for some light activity on your rest day, here are some options; - Walking / Hiking - Mobility work - Swimming - Surfing - Bike ride - Casual sports practice - B ball, tennis, golf etc. TIP - Take it easy and keep the intensity low. The goal is to get your body moving & improve your health without putting too much stress on your muscles, joints or nervous system.
